WHO WE ARE
At EnDtropy, we unlock the full potential of organizations by leveraging state-of-the-art optimization techniques and machine learning. We deliver tailored solutions designed to tackle complex challenges, enhance the efficiency of existing processes, and provide the foresight needed to develop new opportunities more effectively.
Our mission is to empower businesses by transforming operations into seamless, data-driven workflows. Whether you’re looking to optimize supply chain networks, streamline resource allocation, or improve scheduling, we bring both expertise and innovation to every project.
EnDtropy
True optimization isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what matters, better.
HOW WE WORK
We believe in a structured, collaborative approach to deliver the best results for our clients. Our five-step process ensures a tailored and efficient solution for every challenge:
01.Consulting
We cooperatively define the problem, aim to fully grasp the context of your organization and identify opportunities for optimization.
02.Process mapping and data collection
Our team maps relevant data sources and key details i.e. constraints, critical datasets and gaps to lay the groundwork for optimization. We are able to cooperate within data-sparse environments and still identify relevant opportunities.
03.Proof of Concept
We quickly develop a minimal software prototype to validate the added value and feasibility of the solution based on agreed upon benchmarks.
04.Software Development
We build production-grade software, incorporating all necessary features and providing robust support.
05.Support
After the handover, we ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support to maximise impact.
OPTIMIZATION
METHODS
At EnDtropy, we apply a variety of optimization techniques depending on the nature of the challenge
Conventional Optimization
We use advanced mathematical methods such as MILP (Mixed-Integer Linear Programming), MIQP (Mixed-Integer Quadratic Programming), and SDP (Semidefinite Programming) to solve complex problems based on first principles. These approaches offer proven guarantees, are compatible with first principles modeling and are particularly well-suited for critical infrastructure, where precision and reliability are essential.
Classical Data-Driven Methods
When rich datasets are available and traditional modeling is difficult, we leverage techniques like; Bayesian network learning, structural equation modeling (SEM), and Kalman filtering. These methods provide explainable models, making them ideal for decision-making processes where transparency is key.
Modern Machine Learning Techniques
For large-scale, data-abundant scenarios, we utilize machine learning models such as convolutional neural networks, transformers, and large language models (LLMs). These approaches excel at uncovering complex patterns and scaling effectively across extensive datasets.
Hybrid Approaches
In many cases, we combine the strengths of different methods. For example, machine learning models can provide high-quality initial estimates. These estimates significantly accelerate conventional optimization solvers, creating solutions that are both robust and efficient.

“The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary may speak.”
